The Granby Assessor, in conjunction with the Office of Community Development, has been working on a new website design and update that will now include access to the Town’s Geographic Information System.
The new website will allow access to the Assessor’s database, including property value summary, building data, sales search, permit information, photos, and all other pertinent information. With the new website the information will now be linked to a “parcel map”, which can display any selected parcel and show the relationship of the property to its surrounding area. Additional information that can now be displayed in a digital mapping format includes; sales data, zoning, wetlands, streams, lakes, topography and a high resolution aerial view...

This significant enhancement to the Assessor’s Website will be a useful tool for realtors, buyers, surveyors, attorneys, builders and more importantly, the citizens of Granby.
