Candlelight! Opening Night - Friday, November 21, 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. Join us for our very special 40th Anniversary Candlelight evening, celebrating the beginning of the holiday season. A night that welcomes all to the Arts Center at its best. Find 20 Artist Studios with open doors aside an Exhibit and Contemporary Gift Gallery and a Classroom, each sparkling with new and wonderful works of art. Each offering hospitality with complimentary appetizing food and drinks along the way.

Stars in the Making: Saturday, November 22, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
A fun event for all ages with artist Deborah Velasquez in Studio 10B (upper level). Here you will learn how to make a 3D snowflake to take home with you.

Cider and Donuts: Saturday November 29, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Please join us all day to see a rich sampling of art in the studios and galleries while enjoying complimentary hot or cold cider and donuts.
Choco L’Art: Friday, December 5, 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. Choco LʼArt is the wonderful combination of chocolate and art! Stroll the boardwalks this delightful evening to view art and great gift ideas in all of the studios and galleries while sampling different chocolate offerings.

Art in the Making: Saturday, December 6, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Visit over 20 artists creating a variety of artwork. Talk with a chair caner, painter, jeweler, potter, fabric artist, photographer, printmaker and sculptor at work in their studios.
Art of Giving: Saturday, December 13, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Art is a lasting gift that can be treasured and passed on to generations to come. You can find those special forever gifts in the studios, gift shop and gallery at the Arts Center.
Last Minute Gifts: Saturday, December 20, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Spend your Saturday with us at the Farmington Valley Arts Center to find a wide range of last minute gifts in a relaxed unhurried atmosphere. You will discover everything from pottery to paintings, prints, sculpture, photographs to wearable art and jewelry that are both affordable and just right. In the Gift Gallery take away a one of a kind ‘Art Tag’ with your gift purchase.
