The caucus endorsed a slate of three Board of Education candidates: Valorie A. Hollister, Celia R. Lofink, PhD, and Evan Socrates Dantos. All have a history of volunteering in the community, according to the release. Two are parents of students in the district, while Dantos is a graduate.

Democrats supported experienced Planning and Zoning Commissioners Margaret Q. Chapple and Eric Lukingbeal for continued terms, and Christine L. Chinni for the new position of Planning and Zoning Alternate. All three are local attorneys with experience in municipal affairs. Chinni was also endorsed for Town Moderator.

The candidates for the Zoning Board of Appeals and the ZBA Alternate include Democratic incumbents Wayne E. Chapple and Suzanne Yucha, respectively. Incumbent James R. Sansone was selected for the Board of Assessment Appeals.

The Granby Democratic Town Committee stated: “We are pleased that so many Democratic members of our community choose to offer service to their town. "This volunteerism of caring, educated and experienced citizens has contributed to making Granby a better place to live, to work, and to raise a family. Our candidates are excited to meet with voters and develop plans together to create a better future for Granby,” the committee said.
