Granby High School Squads Qualify for Postseason Play

Four Bears teams have already punched their tickets to the state tournament, and football is unbeaten past the midway point of the season.

It promises to be a busy fall postseason for Granby Memorial High School, with four teams having already qualified for state tournament competition and a fifth sitting in great position to make a postseason run.

Of the four Bears team who are assured a postseason berth, field hockey is the highest-ranked, sporting a 12-1-1 record through Wednesday, currently good for third in Class S.

In Class M, girls volleyball, the defending state champion, is currently fifth (13-4). Boys soccer is 13th (8-4-2) and girls soccer is tied for 20th (8-5-1).
