The second significant snowfall of the year has resulted in both Granby and East Granby schools being delayed 90 minutes, according to the schools districts' websites.
A winter weather advisory remains in effect across the state until 10 a.m., according to the National Weather Service, and reports have come in of about three inches of snow having fallen in the area last night. The snow has since turned into a wintery mix of sleet and freezing rain.
