Due to the fine body of work accomplished over the past year in covering issues and essential information to the public and CT communities via Public Access TV, CTVV has been awarded a second grant for the purchase of supplementary high definition AV equipment to assure improved production and broadcast quality. In addition, Windsor Federal Savings continues to be the premiere sponsor as they have since the program's inception over three years ago.
