Tuesday April 23rd at Noon and 7 PM Freddi Hoffman, VP, Marketing and Michelle Olson, McLean’s new Admissions Director, welcome you to visit the McLean Health Center for an Open House and Workshop. Are you confused about what ADLs, Aid & Attendance, VNAs, Home Care, SNF, ASL and MCASL mean, and how to get the right help for yourself or a loved one? Wish you understood wait lists and when to get on one? Do you need to know what long term care insurance, Medicare and Title 19 may cover? Come to a McLean Health Center Open House and attend Ms. Hoffmann’s well regarded workshop on the Alphabet of Senior Care Services. Two open houses and workshops are being offered on Tuesday, April 23rd, at Noon – 1 PM or at 7 – 8 PM, at the McLean Health Center, 75 Great Pond Rd, Simsbury CT. RSVP at 860-658-3744 or visit www.McLeanCare.org/rsvp.
