POWER RESTORATION
- As power is restored, power lines may be “LIVE” so please use caution.
- For downed power lines across trees, please notify CL&P individually at 860-947-2000.
- CL&P crews are clearing downed wires and our Public Works and Fire Department crews are assisting with cutting branches. CL&P is estimating that most households will have power restored by midnight on Sunday. Some power has been reestablished in the center of town. As of 8:45 p.m. Friday, 66 percent of the town, or 3,125 out of 4,691 of CL&P customers were still without power.
- CL&P is asking that you check the condition of your junction box attached to the outside of your home.~ If it has pulled away, you will need to call an electrician to reconnect the box.
