Rob Maffucci to Appear on "Beat Bobby Flay"

Everybody knows chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, and media personality Bobby Flay.

In a few weeks, Vito’s Restaurants chef/owner Rob Maffucci may have the chance to take on Flay when he appears on Beat Bobby Flay.

On Oct. 23, The Kitchen’s Geoffrey Zakarian and Jeff Mauro are playing the tricks and cool under pressure Maffucci and Wildman culinary instructor James Gillespie are serving the treats.

To get to Flay, the chefs must first face off against each other, creating a spectacular dish with a secret ingredient of Flay’s choice.
