School Delayed After Storm

The start of classes has been delayed 90 minutes in Granby and East Granby as cleanup continues from Tuesday's storm.

The National Weather Service issued a statement early Wednesday warning of the danger of frozen, slippery roads and sidewalks as temperatures hover near freezing. The weather service also predicted the possibility of snow showers and freezing drizzle in the morning.

More snow is expected Friday. The weather service predicts that snow will start in the early morning and continue into the afternoon.
