School Kids Get Selectmen in Holiday Mood With Carols in Spanish

Students from F.M. Kearns Primary, Kelly Lane Intermediate and Wells Road Intermediate sang three songs in Spanish.

Students from the town’s three elementary schools - F.M. Kearns Primary, and Kelly Lane Intermediate and Wells Road Intermediate - who are enrolled in an afternoon Spanish program sang three Christmas carols in Spanish for the Board of Selectmen Monday evening.

The songs were "Silent Night," "Jingle Bells" and "Feliz Navidad."

About 60 kids participate in the program, which is a grassroots effort unaffiliated with the schools that was started three months ago.
