Three East Granby Students Named AP Scholars
Three East Granby residents have been named AP Scholars by the College Board.

West Hartford – Three East Granby residents have been named AP Scholars by the College Board – among the 46 students from Northwest Catholic to receive that honor. Amanda Whitehouse ’14 was named AP Scholar, Christopher Mangine ’14 was named AP Scholar with Honor and Kevin LeBlanc ’14 was named at AP Scholar with Distinction.
Students must earn scores of 3 or higher on three or more Advanced Placement Exams to be named an AP Scholar. To be named an AP Scholar with Honor, students must earn an average score of at least 3.25 on all Advanced Placement Exams taken, and a score of 3 or higher on four or more of the exams. To be named an AP Scholar with Distinction, students must earn an average score of 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and a score of 3 or higher on five or more of the tests.
