Viewfinder: Granby Girls Soccer Rolls over Stafford 4-0
Team improves to 13-0-1 on the year, with regular-season games left against NCCC rival Suffield on Friday and SMSA next Tuesday.
The Granby Memorial High girls soccer team improved to 13-0-1 on the year with a 4-0 thrashing of Stafford on Wednesday afternoon.
It was the ninth clean sheet of the year for the Bears, who have just two games left - rival Suffield on Friday and SMSA on Tuesday - in the regular season before taking on the field in the state Class M tournament.
The Bears are currently in the driver's seat in terms of the league title, having already defeated Suffield (11-2-1) and Avon (11-1-2).
