[Viewfinder] Wells Road Students Show How to Solve Problems
Fifth and sixth graders show the school board how they tackled how to build new instruments and grow plants faster.
Fifth and sixth graders from Wells Road Intermediate School demonstrated to the Board of Education on Wednesday how they analyzed and synthesized information to solve real-life problems.
Fifth graders were given the task of developing new instruments that had six pitches, while sixth graders were challenged with growing plants at a greater rate through the use of a specific variable, such as air or light.
See the accompanying photo gallery for what transpired Wednesday evening.
