In addition, Connecticut law permits package stores to be open today.</p> <h2>What's Closed:</h2> <ul> <li>Town offices in the Granbys, including Granby and East Granby Town Halls, both senior and community centers and public libraries;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Public schools in both towns;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Federal offices, including the U.S. Post Offices in both towns;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>All banks.</li> </ul> <p>While town offices are closed, certain programming is still scheduled, however.</p>
