GREENWICH, CT — Several years after she moved out of Greenwich, Kathie Lee Gifford is listing her Riverside mansion for sale at a whopping $100 million.

Known as "Cedar Cliff," now the name of the road the property sits on, the home is perched atop a 2.91-gated peninsula in Riverside's prestigious Indian Head Association, with views of the Manhattan skyline and Long Island Sound.
According to the listing from Leslie McElwreath of Sotheby’s International Realty – Greenwich Brokerage, the property occupies the grounds of railroad magnate Henry Francis Shoemaker's former compound.

The home is located high above the flood zone and offers 1,250 feet of direct water frontage, the listing notes.

Kathie Lee Gifford is the four-time Emmy award-winning former co-host of the fourth hour of "TODAY" with Hoda Kotb.
Previously, she served as the co-host of "Live with Regis and Kathie Lee" for 15 years.
Kathie Lee moved from Greenwich to Tennessee in 2019, explaining in a 2021 interview with PEOPLE that she was "dying of loneliness" and that the home had felt like "a morgue" after her husband, Frank Gifford, died and her children, Cody and Cassidy, were living on the West Coast.

Cody and is wife, Erika Brown, later moved into the Cedar Cliff home.
Kathie Lee told the Wall Street Journal recently that she's now ready to sell the home.
"We always knew in our hearts that we would know when it was the right time," she told the Wall Street Journal.
According to property records, the home was purchased for $7.8 million in 1994.
Frank Gifford, a two-way player, joined the New York Giants as the number one overall draft pick in 1952 after starring at the University of Southern California.

Over his 12-year Hall of Fame career in New York, Gifford earned eight Pro Bowl selections and a Most Valuable Player award in 1956. He also began a successful second career as a football broadcaster, most notably on Monday Night Football. Gifford even tried his hand at acting.
Gifford and Kathie Lee got married in 1986 and settled in Greenwich, where the two were active in the community for several decades. Gifford died of natural causes in August 2015 just before his 85th birthday.
Cedar Cliff is currently the most expensive home being offered in Connecticut, with 1233 Rock Rimmon Road in Stamford second at $75 million, according to Zillow.
