The scholarships were awarded by Members Credit Union in Cos Cob.

GREENWICH, CT - From Members Credit Union: Members Credit Union, located on East Putnam Ave. in Cos Cob, recently awarded its $500 Tattar College Scholarship to two aspiring student members of the credit union.
The winners, Beth Williamson and Jennie Piotrzkowski, are both Greenwich High School graduates. Williamson will be attending Amherst College and Piotrzkowski will be attending Chatham University to continue their education.
The Tatter Scholarship is named after Judy Tattar, retired Greenwich teacher and longtime Board Chair of the credit union. As part of the selection process, student applicants had to submit an essay on either how they will use the scholarship to pursue their academic goals or what it means to be financially responsible as it relates to college tuition.
