GREENWICH, CT — Due to potentially hazardous road conditions Monday morning, Greenwich Public Schools will operate under a two-hour delayed opening.

The forecast calls for rain and possibly a thunderstorm before 10 a.m., then rain between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall, the National Weather Service said. Winds could gust as high as 48 mph.
The Eversource power outage map shows 1,274 customers without power as of 7:15 a.m.
