2-Hour Delayed Opening Announced For Greenwich Public Schools
A winter storm brought snow and sleet to the area on Tuesday.
GREENWICH, CT — Greenwich Public Schools will operate under a two-hour delayed opening on Wednesday, Jan. 17, to allow for the clearing of roads, sidewalks and parking lots, the school district said in an announcement.
A winter storm brought snow and sleet to the area on Tuesday which caused classes to be canceled.
The forecast for Wednesday will be sunny but cold, with a high near 28 and wind chill values between 5 and 15, according to the National Weather Service.
