CT Weather: Snow Chances For Friday, Saturday Dwindling
There is one constant concerning the weather and that is it always changes, and often quickly, which is what is happening for Connecticut.

Remember this morning when we wrote that there were two chances for accumulating snow in the forecast on Friday and Saturday, well you can largely forget about it! This won't make temperatures warmer but there is good news concerning the two upcoming snow chances.
For Friday morning there may be snow and rain falling but it should be warm enough that there shouldn't be any real accumulation. For the record, the National Weather Service is saying "less than a half inch possible." Friday will still be dreary but mostly rainy, not snowy.
The bigger concern was Saturday and the potential for several inches of snow. Initially, a forecast of 2-4 inches of snow was predicted for parts of the state on Saturday. Well that is out the window now and there is only a slight chance, 30 percent, of light snow before noon Saturday.

The National Weather Service says, "a light wintry mix and light rain will develop during Friday morning... Any wintry precipitation will change over to plain rain by the afternoon with temperatures climbing through the day."
Rain/snow showers Friday hold off until after the commute (starts 9-11 am). Roads should stay wet (maybe a coating on grass/decks for some). Drying out briefly late-day. Then rain fills back in around/after 8 PM. pic.twitter.com/lTSnulyexH

Saturday snow chance?
The National Weather Service says there could be some rain changing over to snow Saturday morning but also adds "little in the way of accumulation expected. Drier and colder air will move in for Saturday night into Sunday."
Near miss for Saturday. Maybe a little early morning snow but it should be gone or moving out by the time you wake up. YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
