Bruce Museum Must Replace Trees in Planned Expansion
The 48 trees that would be removed must be replaced, according to the town's tree warden.

GREENWICH, CT — The town's tree warden determined that 48 trees that would be displaced by the expansion of the Bruce Museum would have to be replaced.
Trees range in size from six to 60 inches in diameter with some potentially as old as the Bruce House that was built in 1853, according to the Greenwich Time.
The expansion contractor would have to replace any newly planted trees that die within two years.
