About the Presenter:
Christi is a strategic HR executive holding a variety of roles including SVP, Head of People, and EVP, Global Talent Management & Development. She has deep experience in talent management having worked in a variety of companies throughout her career from Tanger Outlets, Harmen International, Lincoln Financial Group and Cambell’s Soup Company to name a few. Christi also has her Master of Arts in Leadership Development from Penn State.
