Cos Cob Man Arrested On DUI Charge: Greenwich Police
The incident occurred on Sound Beach Avenue.

GREENWICH, CT — A 45-year-old Cos Cob man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence on Sound Beach Avenue in Old Greenwich on June 14, according to police.
Martin Marusak, of Harold Street, was additionally charged with failure to drive in a proper lane after he was allegedly seen by witnesses who told police that he appeared to be intoxicated while operating his Mercedes-Benz vehicle.
Once officers pulled him over, Marusak "displayed glassy eyes and the odor associated with the consumption of alcoholic beverages was detected emanating from his person and breath," stated police, adding that he also failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.

Marusak was released after posting a $250 bond and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on June 28.
