
The Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich will host its 9th Annual Alumni Golf Tournament on Monday, August 6, 2012 at the Griffith E. Harris Golf Course. Tournament play is an opportunity for BGCG friends, alumni and golf enthusiasts to come together to play in support of the children who need it. The Club offers a nurturing environment focused on fun, character building, citizenship and enables young people of all ages to maximize their potential as productive, responsible and caring individuals.
The tournament will begin with a Shot-Gun Tee Off - Scramble Format at 8:00am to be followed by a luncheon at 1:00pm. Players will have a chance to mingle with a surprise celebrity guest participating in golf play. Special prizes will be auctioned.
Golf Sponsors, BGCG friends, alumni and golf enthusiasts are invited to participate. Individual per player fee is $175. Sponsorship opportunities start at $200. About the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich
The Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich offers over 85 comprehensive programs for school aged children, the most extensive set of programs for kids in Greenwich. The Club’s state-of-the-art facilities feature a seasonal indoor ice skating rink, 25 meter swimming pool, turf field, multi- sport gymnasium, indoor and outdoor summer camps in addition to serving as the lead sponsor of numerous athletic leagues and several competitive teams.
