As part of the Great Backyard Bird Count, join naturalist Ted Gilman for this citizen science effort 1-2:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, when he checks the bird feeders and takes a short walk in the meadows and forest to ID and count birds. Afterwards, return to the center for hot chocolate and report the bird sightings to the Cornell Laboratory of Ornithology via the internet. This event is open to all ages.
