
The interactive science gallery will focus on the modern Olympic Games.
The first of two complementary exhibitions celebrating this summer’s 30th Olympiad in London, The Games showcases modern sports in an exciting, interactive exhibition that premieres SuperBodies, an original video production presented in both a big screen video and mobile app game formats. Produced by Peace Point Entertainment Group for Canadian television and exclusively licensed to the for this exhibition, SuperBodies illustrates the impact that sports have on athletes by vividly depicting the physiological dynamics that drive athletic performance. The video also includes commentary from scientist and physiologist Dr. Greg Wells, who works with elite athletes.

Get the feel for different events at fun, hands-on exploratory stations featuring sporting equipment and athletic gear including boxing gloves and javelins plus timing and other devices that record participants’ strength and reaction times.
The Games exhibition is planned in cooperation with the Bruce Museum’s youth committee Youth@Bruce.
