Fight Reportedly Over Urinating in Fridge Leads to Greenwich Arrest

A victim said he confronted the suspect about urinating in the refrigerator, which escalated into a physical incident.

GREENWICH, CT- A Greenwich man was arrested after he allegedly was involved in a physical domestic incident.

Police responded to an Ute Place apartment on March 25 on a report of a domestic that turned physical.

The victim said that Christopher Casey, 49, of Ute Place struck him in the head with his bare hands. Both were reportedly intoxicated, police said.

The victim had a small cut to his nose and said the fight started after he confronted Casey about urinating in the refrigerator, police said. Casey told officers he was sleeping and no altercation occurred.

Casey was charged with disorderly conduct.
