Former Site Of Small Greenwich Grocery Store Could Become A Restaurant
A change of use to "restaurant" is being requested for the building, which has been vacant since March.

GREENWICH, CT — The former site of Mike's Organic in Cos Cob could be turned into a restaurant, according to documents recently submitted to the Greenwich Planning & Zoning Commisison.
Located at 600 E. Putnam Ave., Mike's Organic was a small format grocery store that opened in April 2023. In March of this year, owner Mike Geller announced the business was closing.
The applicant, 600 E. Putnam Ave. LLC, is seeking a change of use from retail to restaurant, submitted documents show. The property is owned by TPF Development Corp.

The square footage of the site is 48,550, and there are 46 parking spaces. No changes are proposed to the building height.
