Greenwich Board Of Selectmen Candidates To Debate In The Backcountry
The Round Hill Association will host its traditional debate event later this month.

GREENWICH, CT — Election season is kicking into full gear with several debates scheduled in Greenwich this month.
The Round Hill Association will host its traditional debate event at the Round Hill Community House on Thursday, Oct. 26, between candidates for the Board of Selectmen.
Refreshments and social time begin at 6:45 p.m., and the debate will run from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The candidates are Republican First Selectman Fred Camillo, Democratic challenger and current Board of Estimate and Taxation member Laura Erickson, and Republican incumbent Selectwoman Lauren and Democratic incumbent Selectperson Janet Stone McGuigan.
All four candidates will participate together in the debate, which will be moderated by RHA Board of Directors Member Brendon DeSimone.

All candidates for the Board of Estimate and Taxation, the Board of Education, Town Clerk, and Tax Collector have been invited to attend and mingle during the social time portion of the evening.
The Rond Hill Community House is located at 395 Round Hill Road. Questions can be submitted for the debate here.
The candidates won't have to wait until late October to go face-to-face, however. Debates hosted by the League of Women Voters of Greenwich are scheduled for this week.
