Greenwich Police Arrest Man on Larceny Charge

The suspect is charged in connection with a theft reported nearly three years ago.

A Connecticut man facing a third-degree larceny charge, surrendered to Greenwich Police who obtained a warrant for his arrest.

According to a police report, Robert D. Misomali, 28, of Windham, surrendered to police early Wednesday.

Misomali is charged in connection with a theft reported in August 2012 from a Post Road entity in Cos Cob. The report did not provide details on the theft and police could not be reached for comment.

Third-degree larceny involves the theft of materials worth between $1,001 and $5,000.

Misomali was held in lieu of $250 bond and was scheduled to appear May 20 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
