Greenwich 6, Trinity Catholic 4 -- Taylor Cory tossed a complete game for the Cardinals, who clinched a berth in the state tournament.

Trinity Catholic 4, Greenwich 2 (5) -- The rain-shortened loss damaged the playoff hopes of the Cardinals, who entered the day tied with Norwalk and Wilton for seventh in the FCIAC standings. Greenwich appeared to tie the game with two runs in the top of the sixth but those runs were taken off the board when the game was called.
Girls lacrosse
Greenwich 9, Scarsdale (NY) 8 -- Mackenzie Nocek scored two goals for the Cardinals, including the game-winner. Tori Dunster and Claire Feeney each scored twice for the Cardinals.
