Greenwich Skier Rescued from Mount Washington

Two skiers were rescued after their light source failed while hiking down the mountain.

GREENWICH, CT—Askier from Greenwich was rescued along with another person from Mt. Washington in New Hampshire Sunday.

Michael Ncek, 26, of Greenwich and a 25-year-old were hiking down the Ammmonoosuc Ravine Trail when their one light failed, according to the Greenwich Time.

Conservation offices found the skiers, who were wet and cold but otherwise in good health.
