Here's Where To Recycle Your Christmas Tree In Greenwich

There are several locations in town to bring your Christmas tree for recycling.

GREENWICH, CT — With Christmas in the rearview mirror, it's time to think about taking down all the holiday decorations.

There are several locations around Greenwich where you can recycle your Christmas tree. No trees will be accepted after Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2023.

Please remember to remove all ornaments tinsel, lights and stands before disposing of trees. Wood chips will be available to residents at each collection site. Commercial haulers will not be allowed.

Byram Park
Parking lot by the 2nd gate - 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Bruce Park
Parking lot by the children’s playground, opposite entrance to Bruce Museum - 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Parking lot across from the Nature Center - 6 a.m. until sunset.

Holly Hill Recycling Center
Place trees in the yard waste area
7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., weekdays and 7 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.
