Hit-and-Run Crash Leads to Greenwich Resident's Arrest
Police: The woman refused to cooperate with officers when they went to her home.

A Greenwich resident is facing motor vehicle charges following a Sunday afternoon hit-and-crash on East Putnam Avenue.
According to a police report, officers went to the woman’s Putnam Park home after receiving a report that she hit a vehicle and fled the scene. Police said that the driver refused to give officers her license, vehicle registration and insurance documents.
Kathleen Sandor, 49, of 190 Putnam Park, also is accused of having “attempted to push officers” at her residence.

Sandor was charged with failure to surrender license, evading responsibility, unsafe movement and interfering with an officer. She was released on a promise to appear March 30 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
