First Sunday Science Series at the Seaside Center: Horseshoe Crabs

Held at the Innis Arden Cottage/ Seaside Center in Greenwich Point Park, Old Greenwich, CT.

Come learn about the history and biology of horseshoe crabs, their importance to the ecosystem, and the important role they have in modern science and medicine. At 2:00 pm, Sacred Heart University's Project Limulus Research Assistant Molly Dushay will present a summary of their work with horseshoe crabs up and down the coast of CT.

Family activities and open marine tank all afternoon, 1:30 - 4:00 pm.

The event is open to all ages and no reservations or beach pass are needed, just let the front entry staff know you are attending the First Sunday Science event.
