Jewelry Stolen From Store In Greenwich: Police

Police said the value of the stolen items is "significant."

GREENWICH, CT — Police are investigating a jewelry theft from a store in downtown Greenwich, according to Lt. Martin O'Reilly of the Greenwich Police Department.

O'Reilly said seven pieces of jewelry worth a "significant amount" were taken during business hours from 4 Grigg St. on Nov. 30. A report was filed with the GPD on Dec. 2. Simon Teakle Fine Jewelry is associated with the address listed on the police blotter.

It's unclear how many people were involved in the theft, O'Reilly said.
