JFS Of Greenwich Raises Over $65K At Summer Celebration
Funds raised from the event will support various programs at Jewish Family Services of Greenwich.
GREENWICH, CT — Jewish Family Services of Greenwich raised over $65,000 at its summer celebration on June 28, which also coincided with the organization's 40th anniversary.
Over 200 guests attended the event at the Greenwich Reform Synagogue in Cos Cob. Funds will support various programs at JFS Greenwich, including resettlement and immigration services, supermarketing for seniors, family support services, Jewish health & healing, and the organization's behavioral health center.
Also at the celebration, JFS of Greenwich honored Joan Mann, former JFS of Greenwich board member and weekly Bikur Cholim program volunteer (visiting the sick at Greenwich Hospital), who has lent her time and talent to JFS for 40 years and was an original board member.

Jen Donnalley and the Greenwich Country Day School Center for Public Good were also honored as exceptional community partners and steadfast supporters of JFS of Greenwich's refugee resettlement efforts.
First Selectman Fred Camillo was in attendance to issue a proclamation to JFS of Greenwich.

JFS of Greenwich, which is in its 40th year, provides mental health therapy, Jewish-themed programming, senior assistance, and immigration counseling. According to the organization, they have helped settle 700 resettlement clients in just over one year.
