Darien's residential real estate market saw activity across the board in the week ending today.
Results in major real estate categories, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 12 new listings of property for sale;
-- 12 price changes;
-- Seven accepted offers;
-- Eight properties going under deposit, and
-- 13 closings.
