Man Charged In Connection With 2018 CVS Burglary: Greenwich PD
Approximately $2,000 worth of merchandise was stolen from a CVS in Riverside in June 2018, police said.
GREENWICH, CT — A 37-year-old Brooklyn, N.Y. man has been charged in connection with a burglary that took place in Greenwich over three years ago, according to police.
Jeffrey Ballard was arrested on an active warrant on Oct. 4. Police said Ballard stole "approximately $2,000 worth of goods" from the CVS at 1239 E. Putnam Ave. in Riverside on June 6, 2018.
Ballard was charged with fourth-degree larceny, and was able to post a $50,000 bond with the help of a bail bondsman, an arrest report said. He's scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Oct. 18.
