An investigation found that Traore showed fake documents — such as a passport from the Ivory Coast, an international driver's license and a service bill — which detailed other victim names and personal identifiable information, in an attempt to open up a bank account.
Traore was able to post a $50,000 bond and was released. His arrest report shows a scheduled court date of April 12 in Stamford.
