Man Faces Forgery, Criminal Impersonation Charges
The suspect was arrested by Greenwich Police who found him walking along the Merritt Parkway.

A man is facing criminal impersonation and forgery charges after he and a female acquaintance were picked up by Greenwich Police who investigated a report that a couple was walking along the Merritt Parkway and throwing rocks at one another.
It all began just before 9:30 a.m. Tuesday when police were sent to the Merritt Parkway near Lake Avenue where they found the pair walking on the highway, according to a police report.
The pair told police that they parked their car on Old Mill Road and walked to the highway to retrieve paperwork that had blown out an open car window. The man didn’t have any identification and gave police two different names that could not be confirmed with the New York State Motor Vehicle database, according to the report.

The man signed paperwork identifying himself as Christian Powell when police arrested him on charges of interfering with police and use of a highway by a pedestrian. However, after he was fingerprinted, a records check identified him as Ricky Holloway, 24, of Harlem, NY, who was wanted by New York City Police on a warrant charging him with violation of parole.
Holloway was then arrested on charges of criminal impersonation and forgery. His bond on those charges was set at $10,000. Police also arrested him on a fugitive from justice charge and set bond at an additional $10,000.
