The nearly 5,000-square-foot property features expansive terraces, sweeping grounds with a putting green, and a circular drive, all just minutes from central Greenwich.

Unlicensed Motorcyclist Charged With Reckless Driving In School Zone, Greenwich Police Say (patch.com) — Greenwich police report that an unlicensed, uninsured motorcyclist was stopped and charged after allegedly passing cars in the wrong lane and running a red light near East Putnam Avenue and Hillside Road on the first day of school. Officers emphasize that motorcycles and e-bikes in Greenwich must follow traffic laws, especially with students walking near Greenwich High School.
   

3. 11,000-Square-Foot Dog Park Proposed In Greenwich: Details (patch.com) — Dog owners in western Greenwich could soon see an 11,000-square-foot off-leash dog park at Byram Park's former Rosenwald property on Ritch Avenue, funded privately for about $30,000. Town officials, including Parks Director Joe Siciliano and First Selectman Fred Camillo, outlined parking, maintenance, and rules as the project heads to Planning and Zoning for Municipal Improvement review.

Buyers, sellers, and prices are listed for each transaction, offering a clear snapshot of current market activity in town.

Greenwich students start academic year in a brand-new, 125,000-square-foot Central Middle School (greenwichtime.com) — Central Middle School students in Greenwich are starting the year in a brand-new, 125,000-square-foot building designed for modern learning and up to 660 students. They're among about 8,600 Greenwich Public Schools students returning this week, as Connecticut rolls out free breakfast statewide and considers new rules on cellphones and classroom screen time.
