On Feb. 18 at approximately 7 p.m., a 17-year-old girl was walking her dog in front of Walgreens and Fitness Edge on East Putnam Avenue in Riverside when she was approached by a man who started to talk to her about her dog, police said.
The man then grabbed the girl's hand and told her how pretty she was, police said. She pulled her hand away, and the man tried to kiss her and rubbed his face on hers.

The girl broke free of the man's grasp and ran away. The man quickly walked into the parking lot and entered an unknown car and left in an unknown direction, police said.

Milford police said he followed customers inside a Michael's store and touched them.
Santos-Roca left the store and was found at a nearby mall where he was arrested and later charged with three counts of breach of peace, three counts of public indecency and two counts of third-degree stalking. He was given a $10,000 bond.
Santos-Roca was unable to post the court-set bond of $40,000 in Greenwich, and is scheduled to appear at Stamford Superior Court on April 6, police said.
