Ned Lamont Running Again For Governor Of Connecticut
The 64-year-old Greenwich resident and self-described "progressive Democrat" announced his campaign on Wednesday.

Ned Lamont, the Greenwich businessman and unsuccessful Democratic gubernatorial candidate in 2010, announced Wednesday that he will again seek the state's highest elected office.
He faces a crowded field of candidates, with more than one from his own town, but having run for governor before, and also mounting a strong challenge to then incumbent U.S. Sen. Joe Lieberman, he has some name recognition around the state.
"Today I start my campaign for governor - we must change Connecticut's direction and improve the economy so everyone has more opportunity to live and work here," wrote the 64-year-old self-described "progressive Democrat" on his campaign's Facebook page.
