Road Closed In Greenwich After Water Main Break: UPDATE
According to the Greenwich Dispatch Center, "numerous residents" had no water Tuesday morning due to a water main break.

Update: Around 1:30 p.m., the Greenwich Dispatch Center said on Twitter that Anderson Road will be closed between Elm Street and Mallard Drive for "the next 24 hours" while crews repair damage from the water main break.
GREENWICH, CT — A water main break left some Greenwich residents without water Tuesday morning, according to the Greenwich Dispatch Center. In a tweet posted around 6:30 a.m., the center said "numerous residents" had no water due to the break.

Around 8:30 a.m., the water company informed the center that "most customers should have their water returning shortly," as the break was isolated. The company also said discolored water should be expected, and residents are asked to run their water until it is clear.
