Winners Revealed In 6th Annual Greenwich Parks & Rec. Community Photo Contest
The community was invited to submit photos showcasing Greenwich's parks, recreational facilities, programs and events.
GREENWICH, CT — The Greenwich Parks & Recreation Department has announced the winners of its sixth annual community photo contest, held in celebration of National Parks and Recreation Month.
The contest invited amateur photographers to submit photos showcasing Greenwich's parks, recreational facilities, programs and events.

The 2026 winners are:

- First place: Scott Garsson for "Soaking in Sunset." Garsson received a foursome golf certificate for The Griff.
- Second place: Suzanne Minnick for "Path Along Water." Minnick received five single-entry park tickets and one single-entry parking ticket.
- Third place: Donna Mitchell Mabes for "Bruce Park in Fall." Mabes received a Parks & Recreation gift basket.
The winning photographs were selected by a committee formed by the Greenwich Parks & Recreation Department.
"We are grateful to everyone who took the time to participate in this year’s contest," said the Greenwich Parks & Recreation Director Joe Siciliano in a news release. "It was wonderful to see the creativity and unique perspectives shared through each submission."
