Woman Busted On Harassment, Trespassing Charges In Greenwich: PD

The accused was allegedly involved in a "domestic disturbance."

GREENWICH, CT — A 28-year-old Washington Township, NJ woman was arrested on a warrant Monday in connection with an alleged harassment, criminal trespass and criminal mischief case in Greenwich, according to local authorities.

Specific details of the case, referred to as a "domestic disturbance," were not disclosed by police, but it allegedly occurred on the night of March 26 on Homestead Lane in the Pemberwick section of Greenwich.

Arrested was Lauren Gasalberti, who was charged with the following:

  • Criminal attempt at second-degree burglary
  • Second-degree criminal trespass
  • Third-degree criminal mischief
  • Second-degree Harassment
  • Disorderly conduct

"An investigation into the facts and circumstances determined that there was sufficient probable cause to apply for an arrest warrant for Ms. Gasalberti," wrote Greenwich Police Lt. John Slusarz in a statement. "Upon being informed of the warrant, Ms. Gasalberti turned herself in, was processed, and released on $200.00 bail. A court date of April 10, 2018 was set."
