YMCA OF GREENWICH TO HOLD 3RD ANNUAL "Y MILE SWIM" SPONSORED BY COMBINE TRAINING
YMCA Raising Funds for the YMCA Annual Campaign's "No Swimmer Left Behind" Initiative

The YMCA of Greenwich is hosting their 3rd annual “Y Mile Swim” on Saturday, April 19. The fun aquatics event, sponsored by Combine Training will benefit the YMCA Annual Campaign’s “No Swimmer Left Behind” initiative, which ensures that every Greenwich resident has the opportunity to learn to swim.
The fee for entry is $35 for adults and $25 for those under 18 but participants are encouraged to seek sponsorships to help raise additional funds for the program. Last year, 80 swimmers participated to raise over $13,000 with widespread support from the community. The event will kick off with sanctioned US Masters Swimming heats, from which participants can use their time to qualify for other Masters events. Swimmers of all ages and levels are invited to participate in the following heats before joining a celebratory pool party at the finish!
