Groton Town Police Department responded to a report of an armed robbery that occurred at a hotel on Bridge Street Tuesday night, according to Lt. John Verone in a press release. Arriving Officers discovered two victims, who were hotel patrons. One victim was suffering from minor injuries and declined medical attention, the release said.
The release also said, the victims reported being robbed at gun point in their hotel rooms by four males and witnesses observed the suspects flee the area in a light color vehicle.
This investigation is still active and the Groton Town Police are requesting anyone with information to contact the Groton Town Police at 860-441-6712.

The preliminary investigation revealed that the victims were known to the suspects.
