Beer and Books: Meet Two Local Authors at Outer Light Brewing Company

GROTON, CT – Town officials invite residents to the perfect event for both lovers of beer and those interested in the latest works of local authors.

On Thursday, residents are invited to meet local authors Bill Tischer and Jim Streeter at Outer Light Brewing Company, beginning at 5 p.m. The two will be on hand to discuss and sign copies of their upcoming book, "Groton-Mystic Emergency Services."

Community members are asked to come support their local public servants and get a sneak peek at a book chronicling their history in Groton.
